  • Pankaj Upadhyay

    Pankaj has worked extensively in Hospitality and Logistics industry in India and in the UK over 27 years of his experience. After 17 years of corporate experience, he transitioned into training and coaching purely out of his passion. His core strength comes from his expertise in training need analysis and in building activities, games, case studies and role plays around the learning objectives. His training programs engage participants in activities and help them introspect. The focus of his training programs is on the application of learning at the work place.  

  • Vidya Chandrasekhar

    Vidya is a training professional with almost 18 years of experience in Leadership and Personal Development training across a cross-section of industries. While pursuing a career in Recruitments of software professionals, she discovered a love for learning/ training and turned this into her career path. As the Training Manager, she has managed Behavioral Skills and Analytics Training Function where her responsibilities included Training delivery, learning needs analysis, Program scheduling, Resource management, Trainer Development and Training Effectiveness.
    Her focus is experiential learning. With discussions, videos, case studies and role plays, she keeps the training interactive and highly engaging. She combines her Instructional design learning with her passion for Visual Facilitation and uses non-conventional visual aids during classroom facilitation for increased learning effectiveness.

  • Shilpi Khandelwal

    With an overall experience of 12 years, Shilpi has been a facilitator and trainer with a diversified background. She has been recognized for creating stimulating and interactive learning environments, encouraging participation and individual contributions, and providing effective, clear, and concise information in formats that promote high retention levels. She believes in 3 mantras- Back to Basics, Change is Pivotal for success & Towards Inner growth for the attitudinal shift. 
    She believes in total empowerment of the participants. She believes the trainer’s role is to facilitate with fun and make the participants forget the stress back in the work place. When the mind is relaxed then the acceptance to learn and realize is high. She requests the participants to make their own affirmations as she strongly believes that every person is resourceful enough to solve their challenges. They will learn how to build network and how to use synergy. This will help the participants to think win win and leverage the relationship. Her motto is to look beyond the current realities and think KING SIZE.

  • Sowmya Swaminathan

    Sowmya is a performance enabler, certified in behavioural analysis. She believes in meeting organisational goals and people goals through a mix of storytelling, delivered through high energy and humour. She believes in allowing her clients to embrace the learnings on a challenging subject through a mixture of empathy and goal-oriented mind-set. 
    Sowmya brings more than 18 years of experience and has successfully facilitated learning for thousands of individuals at junior-and-mid- management levels. The rigor and energy she delivers the programs, complements effectively to the knowledge transfer she provides.

  • Arun Davay

    Arun is an experienced and versatile Industrial Economist, Senior Management Consultant and Television Talk Shows Guest, with an illustrious career spanning over 25 years in the areas of HR, Administration, Strategy and Marketing. He has conducted about 850 Training Man days over 21000 Executives from various industries. He believes in conducting interactive sessions which are based on experiential learning. He is a visiting faculty for MBA in various premier Business Schools and also a member of Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD).

    Navneet has over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, operations and business development in Canada and Asia. She has worked for both Fortune 500 companies and small-medium enterprises in Various Industry sectors. Today as an executive coach and facilitator she works with senior executives across diversified industries to help improve their business skills and behaviors. During these engagements, she has conducted workshops for business leaders in the area of driving change, dealing with attitudes, and branding their leadership style through innovation, strategy and execution. She has worked with executives both in transactional and transformational coaching/training space. Her unique approach to Executive Coaching of Senior Business leaders, has successfully lead to enhancing their leadership skills, changing their approach, so they can effectively lead teams, drive change and win business.

    Nidhi is a Life, Personal development and personal branding coach with 18 years of comprehensive experience across roles varying from Event Management, Business Development, Brand Activation, Client Servicing to an Emotional Intelligence, Personal Branding and Communication Coach. She is an internationally certified Life Coach, Image and Personal Branding Consultant, Hypnotherapist & NLP practitioner, successfully coaching individuals for the past 5 years.
    She coaches, trains & mentors clients at emotional and mental level, assisting them to understand themselves better and then presenting their true essence in all interactions, putting their best foot forward in any and all situations.
